(First thread in a while, be ready for a stupid concept lol) Lore: The northern lands of Ionia had prospered for a long time. However, a drought swept over the land. This left it a dangerous place to venture, though it could not be compared to the heat of Shurima. During one of the many dry days the land had faced, a fire broke out. The flame raged and ravaged the land, and nothing could stand in its path. Mages and civilians alike tried to end the fire, but its flame was insatiable. One day, a powerful practitioner of the dark arts came to Ionia after hearing of the ravenous flame. Attempting to make up for his sins, the mage attempted to quell the flames. He used his energy the best he could, but not even his forbidden techniques could contain the destruction. He found though, that he could contain the fire for periods of time. One day when the fire finished ravaging a field, he gathered the ashes and used them to created a vessel. A crisped corpse lay where he preformed the spell. Now he just needed the other half. He summoned all his might, and pulled the flames to the vessel. He forced them into the body and began to fight to keep them there. The flames tried to consume the vessel, but his magic had restrained it. Knowing he couldn't keep this on forever, he gave his life in a spell that bound the flames to the vessel. There were plumes of smoke floating through the air. When the man came to, he was alone in a land of scorched ashes. He seemed to recognize the land, or what the land was, but couldn't understand how it had changed. He was grabbed by the most savage of hungers a few moments of awaking. His eyes glowed, and suddenly, a ravenous flame burned where he had been. The feeling of burning confused him. The limbs he awoke with were gone. Everything was gone. All that was left was heat, and hunger. His pondering was soon consumed by this hunger, and the flames barreled towards the forest, which the previous fires hadn't yet consumed. He destroyed them, not with fury, but with the senselessness of an ravenous beast. When the entire forest was engulfed, his hunger was satisfied just enough to think. He screamed out in terror, and suddenly, his blazing form had disappeared, leaving the dark man standing in the burning forest. The flames touched him, curling at his body, tempting him to consume more. They material consumed by the flames fed into him, as the fire transfered the fuel into him. With each burning second, he felt better. Once the forest was gone, he fell to his knees. He couldn't comprehend what he did, why he did it. He screamed, quivering at the sight of his destruction. He could slowly feel the fuel inside of him burning away. He knew that if it ran out, he would return to the senseless monster of heat he had learned to loathe. He noticed a plume of smoke in the sky. Fire, but not his. He summoned the ashes around him to form a black robe, and began to run towards the source of the smoke. "It can't happen again..no..it won't.."

Feuer is a vessel of ash, inside of him resides a ravenous wildfire. Both Feuer and the fire fight for control, as neither want to fade to the other. The fire will burn out of its vessel if Feuer does not have enough to burn into it. Feuer is on a quest to contain the fire and learn about the world. One wants knowledge, the other wants destruction, and they both refuse to give in to the other.

Feuer revolves around his passive, The Kindling. He is a melee ap caster whose goal is to his abilities to sustain his fuel and keep himself from becoming a raging fire, until the right moment. Note because I'm not adept at champion design, I don't have values for his damage or costs, however if someone who knows game balance and champion design better than me could give me some pointers, I'll edit the post

P: The Kindling: Feuer stores fuel to preserve his form. His secondary resource is Fuel, and his fuel is increased by doing damage (wards and and structures do not give fuel for attacking) His abilities drain his fuel. If Feuer runs out of Fuel, the wildfire breaks out of him, turning him into a raging flame. When this happens, an aoe blast will occur, and Feuer gains fuel based on how many enemies were hit. His fuel cap is removed while in fire form. He does a constant burn damage around him, and cannot auto attack. His fuel is drained constantly while in this form. If he runs of fuel, he begins to drain health. His abilities also become changed in fire form. If Feuer goes out of combat or drops to 25% health or below, he returns to his normal form, with very little fuel left. This remaining fuel scales with level.

Q: Consuming flames: (Low to medium fuel cost) Feuer Slams the ground with a wave of fire in a short radius in front of him, stunning enemies hit. He can then re cast Consume Flames to send a wave of flame (can move while re casting) that slows and has a medium fuel cost) Q(Flame form): (Medium to high fuel cost) The mass of fire builds up for a short time, then dashes a short distance forward and slams down for high damage and a slow. W: Ashes to Ashes: (Low to high fuel cost, depending on charge time) Feuer charges and then releases a spiral of fire around him. Duration, range, and damage are determined by charge time. Then he pulls the ashes into a temporary shield depending on damage dealt. W(Flame form): (medium to high fuel cost, depending on charge time) Fire increases in size, increasing the passive burn radius and damage while charging. When release (or when at max charge) the fire pools up then releases a blast that varies in size and damage based on charge time. This ability gains bonus fuel on the release damage. E: Dancing flames: (Low fuel cost) Feuer Takes a controlled flame form (still keeps his body shape) and becomes untargetable and dashes a very short distance towards the cursor. When he becomes re targetable, he does low damage in an aoe. This ability gains bonus fuel for enemies hit and cooldown is lower the more fuel Feuer has. E: (Fire Form): (Low fuel cost) The mass of flames charges forward, slowing and damaging enemies hit, and dealing a blast of low damage on entry. R: Breakout: (Low to high cost, depending on cast times) Feuer leaps forward (can pass walls) and deals damage on landing. The spell can be cast 3 times, but it does not have to be. The damage and cost increases each cast. On the third cast, his wildfire will break out with fuel scaling with ultimate rank. If Feuer only casts the ability once, it will go on a short cooldown. Twice will be longer, but not much. Third will put the ability on full cooldown. R: (Fire Form): The fire expands forward a long distance, dealing heavy damage in the area hit. Feuer will return to vessel form in the fire closest to the player's cursor. The fire will persist after he transforms. This ability has a cooldown before it can be used when Feuer turns into fire form to prevent instant transformation.

So the champion is about dealing aoe damage and preserving himself until the time is right, breaking into a destructive flame to burn his enemies. Yes I know there are probably lots of errors and this probably just a bad concept but I had the idea on my mind and wanted to post it. (tips would be appreciated. Feuer is German for fire)
