Blood moon zed

Why isn't there a blood moon zed even though all the other ninjas have a blood moon skin. It just bothers me that a cool ninja like zed doesn't have one like his stepbrother shen.

Give him a main body of black, with crimson blood red highlights and outlines. For his mask, make it something close to Ichigo's hollow mask from Bleach but a it more demonic ninja like. Plz
