Appeal for a Galio tweak/rework.

Galio is one of my personal favourite champions, and one major thing that is putting me of him is his current skill set. I don't believe that it currently portrays his character and play style. First off all I want to put across that I think, as a mid lane anti-mage, Galio's passive and ultimate are fantastic and are currently what makes him strong but I believe that the rest of his kit needs serious rework.

• First of all his Q as a poke and slow, late game its a bit pathetic. Change this to be more
  affective.
• Next, W, it's.....interesting and I think that it's helpful and does not need a rework more of
  a tweak to passively help him more damage wise E.G damage boost on allied champion sources.
• Now, Righteous Gust is where I rage. Galio plays solo lane right? So he can speed up him self ,which rarely helps, or allies around it.... It needs to replaced with a leap up and knock up or something to make him more mobile and damage dealing. This must be completely reworked with Q also.
• Lastly, mana... He needs not to rely on it so much!

I'm not asking for the 'Sion treatment' I just want him to be cared for a bit more and acknowledged for what he should be, to counter AP mids and to not make him have on crappy utility abilities.

RIOT PLS! *Make him a strong-er anti-mage. *No more bucket loads of support/utility abilities. *Make him a bit less of a mana addict. *Give him some bloody damage... *If you have time cool ass textures. Thanks for the attention. If you have any other points, please tell me!
