Virgil the phantom puppeteer
Let me say a couple things first virgil is the first name that came to me so feel free to opt in any name you like better. Second i feel like the black market items are here to test certain mechanics and i was inspired by the puppet item for this character. Third i have some lore on him but will only post it if people care enough and lastly im not good with balancing so few to little numbers will be posted and lets get to the part you care about.
PASSIVE - True Focus - staying stationary increases mana regen after 3 seconds
Q - Phantom Strings - Passive AA's apply a phantom string to the target (one target at a time). Active - virgil pulls back on the strings pulling the target to him. (100 units per string. Max 500 units. Gains an additional string to put on the target per rank. Target breaks strings moving 700 units away from virgil) EDIT: Strings can be placed and used on allies if they were targeted by "Tied Up"
W - Tied Up - a point and click spell that roots the target but also granting a shield. (Can be used on enemies and allies) EDIT: target also now has all phantom strings if they were on a previous target.
E - Cross Tied - target enemy minion (maybe neutral monster) it becomes agro to enemies for several seconds
R - Grande Charade - target champion (ally or enemy) all of their skills become yours momentarily you may cast Q-E for half cost each OR cast there ult for full cost
AA throws a needle (with a string if q is up)
Tell what you think and what i should change.
Justifications for EDITS making "tied up" switch phantom strings target makes for solid decision making making phantom strings usable on allies makes for some interesting plays and gives him a chance to ruin a previously fantastic play (which makes him more balanced imo)
so yeh, that's really good. I myself had thought it would be good if the champion could turn anemy minions in to ally minions or something like that.
