I came back from a 9 month break a few weeks ago and I just noticed my Victorious Elise skin is gone. Did something happen? I have never been banned and I still have my Victorious Morgana skin...something doesn't add up here.

The only reason for losing Ranked rewards you already have is by being banned for MMR Boosting. If you never received a 14 day ban and have no idea what this is about, you might've been compromised and someone else was on your account (or you got boosted and aren't saying anything about it).
If you don't know anything about it please submit a Support Ticket and they'll help you out.
