Self made ward-skins

I had this idea that you can make your own ward skins! You can buy a ward base and decorate it yourself with colors or modify somepoints on the ward base : Take the Luminosity ward, wouldnt it be awesome to have a green luminosity ward? Or that you can modify the luminosity ward?!
