[SKIN CONCEPT] Fiora, The Queen of Duels

Good afternoon fellow Summoners,

Today I'm here to talk about a new skin concept for Fiora, The Grand Duelist . So the last skin ever made for Fiora was the Mistress Fiora and I love that skin. Anyways, that skin was released for Harrowing of 2012 and ever since then no skins have been released for Fiora. Why LilRemiix? Why do you want a skin for Fiora? Well you see, I love some champions back then, but since some patches and nerfs, I can't show my love for them anymore. Fiora is now my top and will forever stay like that, unless Rito throws her in the nerf mobile. CONCEPT ART: ArtNotHearts
