Swain, The Arch Fiend.
Rework Suggestion.
Part of the lore of this rework is when Swain finally because the Grand General of Noxus, in the legit lore thats when he changed his style to his current Tyrant skin.
I'd like this to be when he went from being part-demon to a full-fledged Arch Demon as he'd always been working on this in his studies of the occult, this could also make old Swains skills canon and his new abilities to the reflect the more powerful him.
Passive - Fiendish Resilience.
You have a damage threshhold of 1.5% of your maximum mana. (this doesn't consume mana)
For example say its 1.5% and you have 2000 mana (30 Damage Reduction) and you take 100 damage reduced by 50% by armour to 50 damage, you would then take 20 damage, with the possibility of taking zero damage if the damage you take is low enough, this is similar to how warlocks/fiends work in D&D.
Q - Disintegrate / Finger of Death. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4, Range 700, Targeted on enemies, 30/55/70/95/120 mana.

For Damage numbers, at rank 5, it should simply do Exactly half the standard amount of a mage spell and have half the AP scaling.
But scale to do higher damage the more missing health the enemy has to about double the amount of the standard mage spell, at low health.
So about 150(+50% ap Scaling) full hp / 300 (+50% ap scaling) half hp / 450 (+50% ap scaling 20% max hp, scaling no higher below 20% max hp. (scaling gradually ofcourse)
This ability will also scale with 6% of your maximum mana, same mana scaling damage despite enemy health.
W - Ravenous Traversal. Cooldown: 20 all ranks, 50/70/90/110/130 mana, radius 200
Swain bursts into a flock of ethereal shadow ravens, becoming untargetable for two seconds, removing slows and gaining 40/50/60/70/80% movespeed for two seconds.
Does 100/150/200/250/300 +30% ap / + 6% maximum mana scaling damage to all within the radius and blinds them whilst inside.
Restores 1% missing maximum every 0.5 seconds for each unit within the radius. (if your removing swains old ult, could also heal 50% of dmg done to champs, 10% for minions, otherwise no healing)
E - Torment. Cooldown: 8 at all ranks (down from 10 live)
Same as live except with old pre-rework base damage numbers and 60% ap scaling (down from 70% old scaling) but also with multiple ravens eating and slashing the target for visual effects.
This could also be where the blind is (though id suggest keeping it on the W cause that would be op due to this cooldown, just throwing ideas out there)
This ability will scale with 5% of maximum mana.
Ultimate - Arch Fiend Transcendence/Apotheosis. 130 mana cost + current mana cost per sec, cooldown: 100/90/80
Much like the current ultimate in appearance (at least Tyrant swains, the others don't look so good)
EXCEPT instead of it doing the aoe damage thing, the ultimate could change your three current skills, aswell as giving you another temporarily ability for the ultimate itself instead of turning it off.
Since it's only for 10 seconds, a big cd and mana cost, this could give you a chance to make 3 other really cool op skills that aren't imbalanced because of the fact it's tied to a large cooldown and large mana cost.
This would be an interesting change in comparison to champions who can change their form/abilities at will, but instead it's a big cooldown.
That's all of it, as you see you'll still have high mana costs, even without your ult, yet you get durability from high mana.
This will make you feel like you are getting a lot more powerful through arcane/occult energies (mana) like a true warlock.
Making mana feel less like a burden and more like a resource.
