[SKIN CONCEPT] My favorite skin line needs a new installment.

My favorite skin in the game is Blight crystal (i still don't own it but every time i see i cry a little bit)

So how can we make more Blight crystal skins make 2 skins

First we have Blight Crystal Taric Theres picture of him on the internet, But i don't think he should look like them. he should have a shield made out of blight crystal but his hammer should be made out of blue and orange instead of just orange like in the pictures.

Next one for the skin Line up we Have Blight Crystal Shen. This one is my friends idea. he could be more demonic he could have a demonic VO (plus shen only has like 5 skins and teemo i think has 8)
