Jackie Lantern (Halloween Champ Concept)
Hi community, I am going to be a regular poster here. I have a passion for creating lore and mystical related content alike. My abilities and ratios might be a bit wonky at first as I adjust to fit my favorite game's style. Non the less, I hope you all enjoy! "LORE" “Jacquelyn Veselda” was left on a family’s doorsteps in the glorious city of Piltover at only a week old. A newly wed couple took her in after a long search to find her rightful parents. Jaquelyn’s new parents known as Mr and Mrs Veselda thought about reporting the abandoned child to the sheriffs dpt, they thought maybe even Caitlyn herself could track them down. But in the end they had not reported any case and assumed her blood parents were not fit or sane to raise the child who had been left on their doorstep. Mr and Mrs Veselda were in their young 20s and quickly were becoming successful students of magic. They both taught and studied the magical arts and it’s specific use of progressing technology as well as helping those who were everyday citizens. As Jaquelyn grew up she had been encouraged to study the arts of magic and her parents taught her all they could. The parents couldn’t be happier when they discovered their daughters talent for magic and its understanding, they didn’t even send her to school they believed she would one day pioneer herself into a successful teacher and follow in their footsteps. One night Mr Veselda ease-dropped on Jackie as she sat in the garden in the middle of the night talking to a lit Jack-o-lantern. Chills ran down his back when he saw a shadowy wispy figure slither around her and a raspy cold voice said “ why today is your birthday Jacquelyn” how do you know? she replied, as if she was having a normal conversation. The cold voice spoke again “now is not the time, this isn’t your home..you were born in the crooked land of outcasts..where only those of dark intent reside”..before she could speak another word the dark wisp disappeared and the light in the jack-o-lantern died instantly. After long discussion and contemplation, her parents confronted her about her conversation the other night. She replied that she thought everyone that used magic could talk with those in the afterlife, as well as entities from other worlds. After this day, the parents forbid her to use or study any more magic and that she would attend a school by years end. Her parents feared her and grew distant and she hadn’t a clue why. She fell into a depression day by day until the day before she started her new life at school to be a student of law and security for technology advancement. That morning she woke up with the sun rise in her parents room, covered in blood. Her heart shattered before her eyes, she knew she had murdered them yet, it wasn’t her. In panic she fled, to the voodoo lands of all places. After researching in secrecy the little she knew about the voodoo lands was where she thought she had to go. There, in the voodoo lands she discovered her own power and even made a name for herself. She had a small shack in the middle of an overgrown marsh where the sun never shined. A pumpkin patch surrounded her house and the lights in her house were on 24/7 illuminating itself in the marsh making her an easy target. Yet none dared to go near the house, even the dark creatures that lurked within the land. She had took a new name Jackie Lantern. She grew into a very cheerful, comical and stunning women. But also a women who wielded unimaginable power of magic that connected itself to the afterlife and worlds we never thought to exist. She did not allow herself any interaction with anyone as she knew her magical powers could not always be controlled. As she grew into her late 20s she was confident it was now time to venture forth and introduce herself to the VooDoo lands and she would do anything in her power to find anyone who knew of her past, or the gift she had. She quickly made herself known to all inhabitants of the land and had to prove her worth very few times to those who crossed her path. Within the month of her perusing her new quest, the League had contacted her to join only the strongest on the battlefield, in return the institute would do what they could to find her original parents and find someone to help her understand her powers. Thankfully she accepted. Secretly the League has been keeping an eye on her from a distance, and if she declined she would have been assassinated in fear of her uncontrollable powers and what havoc she could wreak on the lands that could not afford it.
"Skills and Abilities"
Passive- Abnormal Studies Jackie is constantly studying all forms of spells and abilities on the battlefield. All enemy champions within 800 range receive a stack of abnormal studies for every ability they cast and it does not fade. At 6 stacks a champion is marked with a shadow wisp floating around their feet. When the champion is marked Jackie’s next basic attack deals 2% max hp damage and consumes the stacks.
Q- Shadow Slip Jackie melts into a shadow for a brief second and emerges a short distance in front of her .5 seconds later causing an eruption of dark magic around her damaging and slowing her targets by 35% for 2 seconds. If this ability lands, she can cast it again within 2 seconds but does no damage and slows herself by 40% for 1 second.

W- Spirit Pulse Jackie throws down a pumpkin bursting with dark spirits that pulse forming an aura that increases all allies base health regain by 90/95/100/105/110% and increases their armor by 10/13/16/19/22 for 10 seconds. Enemies can destroy the pumpkin with 1 hit. Cost:90 mana Cooldown:16/15/14/13/12 Range: 500
E-Demon Well One of three entities is summoned from another realm each having different effects. After the ability is used it will cycle to the next summon. 1- Drull - A criminal sentenced to death lingers in the afterlife only living as his skeletal remains only to haunt and cause terror to those who still live. A drull rises from the grave at target location and grabs the nearest enemy champion dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+55%AP) physical damage and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds. 2- Omen - A large emotionless yet creepy mask appears at target location dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+90%ap) magic damage and restores Jackie’s hp by 20% of damage dealt. 3- Dread knight- A fallen night in black armor equipped with a lance is summoned next to Jackie and quickly lunges forward to target location knocking up all in its path and deals 40/50/60/70/80 (75%AP) physical damage. Cost:75/85/95/105/115 Cooldown: 10s Range: 500/520/540/560/580
R- Rip in Reality A much more powerful form of the entities is summoned from the Demon Well. The cycle is shared with E (Demon Well). 1- King Drull - A terryfing king of the afterlife crawls out of the ground fearing enemies on impact for .5s. He swings forward 3 times toward the nearest enemy champion with a giant skeletal hand made of dark essence dealing 125/225/325 (+70%AP) magic damage per swing. He lunges forward with each swing but he can still be dodged. 2- Dark Omen - A book opens at Jackie’s feet and a pentagon is formed at target location stunning all enemies caught inside for 1s. A demonic chuckle is heard and all enemies caught lose 5% max hp and restores Jackie’s hp by 75% of the damage done. 3- Headless Horseman - The legend himself is summoned by Jackie’s side and lunges forward pushing back all enemies in his path and knocking them up. He remains for 6 seconds and fights for you dealing 50/100/150 (35%ap) magic damage on hit. He has the same hp and armor stats as you but cannot receive and buffs. Cost:120 Cooldown: 80/75/70s Range: 620
