Viola, the Darkin Heart

I read about the lore of the Darkin, and how there were supposed to be four of them, yet
is currently the only one in game. So, I decided if Aatrox is the Darkin blade, he should have a sister, and I thought of the Darkin Heart. While Aatrox is a being of war, Viola would be a being of both love and heartbreak. Aatrox would appear in great, violent battles, and Viola would appear in warm, passionate love, as well as cold, bitter heartbreak. She then steals the hearts of the afflicted, and uses them to feed herself. She has come to the League of Legends to fight alongside her brother, and steal the numerous afflicted hearts of other champions. So, this is her back story so let's get into her kit!
Viola would be a melee, AP assassin designed to thrive in the jungle or steal hearts in a solo lane. Her play-style would be a high risk, high reward play-style, that revolves around managing her healing, health cost, and damage output.

Attack Power: 6/10 Defense Power: 4/10 Ability Power: 8/10
Passive: Heartseeker When first engaging into combat, Viola gets a 80% movement and attack speed boost which diminishes over three seconds. Viola's abilities all, except for Heartsteal, cost health, but she gains permanent 5% spell vamp and life steal. This buff has a 20 second cooldown.
Ability 1: Heartsteal Viola dashes to the target unit. If the unit is an enemy, they take instant true damage and bleed for a small amount of magic damage over 5 seconds. Viola is healed for 80% of the initial damage. However, Viola's magic resist diminishes the heal as if it was damage. Passive: Heartseller Using Heartsteal on unique targets (can’t use on the same target twice to build stacks) gets Viola a stack of Collected Hearts, max ten stacks. Upon returning to base, Viola trades in these stacks for 15 gold each.

Ability 2: The Darkin’s Embrace Cost: 15% of current health After a 0.5 second delay, Viola embraces nearby enemies, dealing magic damage and slowing them for 1 second. Viola gains a shield that multiplies for every enemy hit.
Magic Damage: 75/105/135/165/195 +(0.60% AP) Shield: 50/65/80/95/110 +(0.20% AP) Slow: 30%
Range: 300 Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8
Ability 3: Bleeding Heart Cost: 15% of current health Viola’s next basic attack does max health damage and makes the target bleed magic damage for five seconds, draining the health and returning it to Viola.
Max Health Damage: 5/6/7/8/9 +(1% per 80 AP, +2% per 75 bonus AD) Bleed: 25/50/75/100/125 +(0.30% AP, 0.50% bonus AD)
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Ultimate: Heartbreak Cost: 20% of current health Viola breaks the heart of the target enemy champion, dealing magic damage over three seconds, slowing them for two of them, putting Viola in an undiminishing Heartseeker buff for the two of them, making her do bonus magic damage on hit, and healing her for 30% of the damage she does to the target for 3 seconds, which stacks with other healing. Damage: 210/300/390 +(0.80% AP, 0.50% AD) Bonus Magic Damage: 50/70/90 +(0.10% AP, 0.15% AD) Slow: 60/70/80%
