Marksman Champion Concept: Alva, the Knight's Glory.
Alva is a marksman that focuses on early objective control and being safe in lane through sustain and mitigating damage. In order to do this, she gives up some damage early game against enemies but as most marksman do has a terrifying late game.
Alva means light or whatever so yeah. Name is up for changing and so is the name and everything. I suck at naming. But basically Alva is the knight's bard. She wields a humongous elongated lute/harp and fires bolts of magical energy for her autoattacks.

Their Grievous wounds and burst really give Alva trouble early game.

**Passive: ** Ballad of Ice- Every autoattack gives Alva 1 stack on Ballad of Ice. After the seventh autoattack, Alva's next autoattack will slow the target for 50% for 1 second and deal 10% of her bonus AD as true damage. A target can only be slowed by Ballad of Ice every 10 seconds.
Q Song of Fire After 1.5 seconds of channeling, Alva summons an untargetable fiery steed that dashes in a straight line for 1250 units (speed is about the speed of TF wild cards) and deals 30/55/90/110/160 (+110% AD)(+50% AP) in its path and to the first Champion it hits and or at the end of its range. Upon collision, Alva is knocked by slightly (about 2/3 of Lucian's dash) and the steed explodes after a 0.25 second delay dealing 30/40/50/60/80 (+50% AD)(+50% AP). Cooldown: 10 seconds. Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Mana
W Coup de Grace- Minions, neutral monsters, and enemy champions within 1000 range whose health is below 30% is marked with Coup de Grace. Alva's next spell damage or autoattack on that target within 5 seconds will consume the mark and inflict 40/50/60/75/100 on Enemy Champions (70/75/90/110/150 on minions and neutral monsters) true damage and heal Alva and a nearby ally for 5% of the damage. The true damage is doubled if the target is CCed. Coup de Grace can only mark a minion or neutral monster once every 10 seconds and an enemy champion every 20 seconds. Coup de Grace's mark will be removed if the target's health is above 30% any time it is marked. Alva does 10% of his bonus AD as true damage to enemy structures except Nexus and Inhibitors. This bonus is halved when uses Lightning's Hymn.
E Lightning's Hymn- Passive (Static Hymn): Every 10 seconds Alva has not received damage, Alva generates a static barrier that will block 10% of the next autoattack or spell she receives. Static shield cannot stack. Active: Alva gains 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed and gains 50% of her bonus lifesteal and spell vamp for 3/3.5/4/5/6 seconds. While this spell is on cooldown, Static Hymn is on cooldown and active Static Shield are immediately consumed. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Cost: 30/30/30/30/30
R Glorious Anthem- Passive: Nearby allies (500 units) are healed for 10% of Alva's self-healing. Active: Upon activation, Alva strums her harp-- nearby enemies (within 150-range) are knocked back slightly (~200 units) and are silenced in awe for 0.5 seconds. Alva gains 30/40/50% movement speed for 5 seconds. During this time, Alva takes 20% less damage except for true damage and gains 15/20/25% bonus AD and 30/40/50% AS. When this spell's buff is active, this spell's passive is not active and neither is Static Hymn. Cooldown: 100/85/65 seconds Cost: 100/100/100
