Uhm, they are brothers - yes. But what?

They are brothers.....jesus christ they were released one after the other and it is just so obvious that they are brothers. I think it even says something in the lore. Nothing new, get over it.

Darius and Draven are brothers yes, but if one is younger than the other then they are not twins,

Draven and Darius are brothers, known as the Blood Brothers. Twins? Perhaps not as Darius is older as what the lore states. If Riot wanted us to know they were twins, they would tell us as it would be the first twins in the champion pool.
