Zilean: We have the technology?

So, I'm no Zilean player. Never have been. But the idea of Zilean always intrigued me. The idea of somehow controlling time seems like a truly epic idea for LoL. But let's be honest: Zilean's kit doesn't really feel too much like what Zilean should really be about. He's always felt like just any old champ with his own sorta-unique abilities, with "time" skins to them.

But technology in LoL has come a long way since Zil's release. Things that Riot could only dream about doing have been now been accomplished. I wonder if it might now be possible to make Zilian the time-master he was meant to be.

Imagine this new ult for Zilean:

The game comes to an immediate full stop, and the watermark of an animated clock fills the screen. A ticking sound can be heard. 3 ticks. 3 seconds. You watch helplessly as the fighting plays out before you... in reverse! The single chime of a ringing clock finally sounds, and the game begins again... 3 seconds in the past!

Is it now possible? And if it is, would anyone here deny how great this would be?
