What about a Mastery 8/9/10 ?

I just wanna know why there is no mastery higher than 7? Mastery 8 could be like 10 S and S+ Mastery 9 25 and Mastery 10 would be like 50 S+

Maybe someone will get mastery 10 on a support 3 years in the future.
