So when are we going to get a new talon skin

he was released in 2011 and he has only got one new skin since his release, so i have been wondering when are we going to get a new skin for him, also since he is my first and only main I'm a little concerned about. (this isn't my main account i play in lan server)

I know there are some champions like Kha, Zac and Elise that only have one skin avilable and probably need a new one.
