Assassin Master Yi... cool in concept sick ass splash art but really really lacking. ( https://www.artstation.com/artwork/0alVy ) The skin is only 390 RP i would propose maybe tweaking the price a bit and just make it match the splash art with purple particles its kinda strange seeing the cool splash but no purple effects like it shows.

I know that this wont get much traction but it would be cool to have any feedback from Riot if possible

The link doesn't work because the brace ) is considered as part of the link, but it actually shouldn't. Put a space between the ) and the rest of the link and it should work. Or simply remove the braces completely, they are not needed anyway.

As far as I know, Riot is not really willing to change the price tiers of a skin, so it is extremely unlikely that they will change Assassin Yi. They didn't upgraded many skins when it comes to particles and such for the Kayle and Morgana update, either. Since an update to Assassin Yi most likely won't give Riot alot of benefit, you shouldn't expect it to happen.

They could just rename it to something like Shadow Essence Master Yi, and give him some Purple Particles to his basic attacks and abilities, and have his W emit this smoke effect to at least qualify as a 975 RP skin.

Except they won't change the price of a skin because that gets really weird for people who already own the skin.

This skin doesn't need it's particles changed. It gets a model swap, and no particles based on it's price. It ticks off all the qualifications of it's tier, so doesn't need anything else nor does it need to be changed just because an artist for the splash made some creative improvisation. Deep Sea Nami is shown as being a giant in comparison to normal humans, yet she's not a giant in the game - that kind of embellishment is just something you have to roll with when understanding how splashes are done.
