pool party karthus?

I don't believe that any karthus skins have any special effects so i was thinking it might be a cool idea if his q was something watery i guess maybe a beachball, his w could be a volleyball net, his e could a whirlpool thing, andhis ult could have a waterfall fall on someone while it is channeling. Just an idea.
