Clone Champion

Good Afternoon. I've been thinking about the current updates and champions, had an idea that might be interesting. Create a champion who had skill as ultimate, become the enemy team champion for awhile. It would be hard to beat him is true, but every champion has weakness. I'm sure if the idea is good, the RIOT team will study it.

I am sorry but I don't see any way Riot would ever use this. It just has so many different nuances that wouldn't really fit in with league of legends.

The problem with a clone champion is that it kind of reduces the games diversity. Yeah, we've got this champ who can clone other champs. It sounds unique at first, until you realize that because his identity is cloning, he would have nearly no basic abilities that would make sense thematically unless you copied other abilities, which would require Riot to make every single ability animation and effect compatible with this one champ.

Then comes the problem of deciding how long people would get toggles or passive abilities, like Teemo's toxic darts and Varus' blighted quiver that would be fair.

After that comes the idea of ridiculous ability compositions, allowing your entire team to throw down an AoE stun. Consider for a moment how ridiculous it would be to be hit with 2 Fiddlesticks fears, a Sona stun, and Leona's stuns. You basically do nothing until you die because you are locked down forever.

Not only that, but if you really wanted the enemy team's champion, why didn't you pick them? >.>

Sorry, just doesn't seem like a solid idea when you consider programming difficulty and how anti-fun it could potentially be. And we all know how Riot hates anti-fun.
