Taric has had the same looks since league has came out , all these other champions have gotten visual reworks (Gangplank 3 times?.) , I think its about time Taric has seen this. Taric's in-game Model Look like a Gnome from WoW

Taric is already on the list. He's supposed to be next after Poppy.

Tarics rework(Sion Level) is already done and its getting realesed on the beginning of next year
