Surprise Party Bard

Surprise party bard could be a cool idea, his Q could be him shooting that stringy confetti, his W could be a cake, his E could be a pink/rainbow journey, and his ult could be along the lines of a firework. And he could go around and collect candy while his meeps could have little candles on their heads.
