Asymmetrical Gamemode (1 v 5)
Map:
Twisted Treeline (with some layout changes) Crystal Scar (with some makeover and possibly some terrain changes)
Setup: 6 players (5:1)
One random player starts as the "Hunter" (alone on a team). He starts at level 6 and with a huge damage reduction buff that decays over time, making him more and more vulnerable as the game progesses, but almost unkillable early. The other players start at level 3 and are debuffed: They have their Vision radius reduced and the Mini Map disabled. ALL Players have reduced MS and longer CD and can only buy items at the start of the match (enough gold for boots and some extras or one core item). Ambient XP is increased.
Start of the Game:
The normal players can buy items in the first 30 seconds and then get teleported to random locations. The Hunter has to wait an additional 30 seconds before he can teleport to any brush on the map.
Goal: The Hunters goal is to achieve an ACE as fast as possible and the other team has to survive as long as possible and ultimately kill him.
- If a normal player is killed his champion has a very long death timer, but by "capturing" the altar(s) the players can reduce the lowest deathtimer (As long as a normal player stands on the altar the death timer is reduced by X seconds every X seconds [revived players spawn at altar])
- If all normal players are dead the time is recorded and the position of Hunter switches with another player (repeats until everyone has been the Hunter)
- If the Hunter is killed the time and switch are handled as above, but the time is increased by a set amount for every survivor.
Instead of a Winner the Game will give out places 1-3 depending on the lowest time.
Thought this would make for a fun Gamemode and a sort of revival for the old "hide and seek" with some changes. I hope you like the idea as much as I do and if you have an idea for improvements please leave a comment.
