Probably wouldn't work as a rotating game mode, but one can dream. So rules. Standard 5v5 game on SR, blind pick, but during champion select you get to pick your champions base stats (includes their model and aa animations), passive, and 4 abilities from any champion.

It's fun just to theory craft this stuff. You could go for something with ridiculous stats scaling like. Base: Olaf Passive: Vlad Q: Veigar W: Sion E: Xin R: Cho Kill something with your Q you get +AP, kill anything and W gives you +HP, passive gives you +HP for you AP and +AP for your HP. You have a huge shield that scales off HP and AP, then just for the fun of it you have a E to get you in and a cho's ult for executions and even more HP.

Or you could try aa from off screen and try something like Base: Cait Passive: Trist Q: Jinx W: Kog E: Kayle R: Twitch At level 18 that would give you a range of (650 (base) + 136 (passive )+ 175 (Q) + 210 (W) + 400 (E) + 300 (R)) = 1871 range

So, yeah, may be a little silly, but it can be fun theorycrafting these champions

Consider for one moment... Rather than Tristana's passive... Kindred's passive? Potentially Infinite attack range? Blue trinket absolutely necessary? :D But yeah, this would be incredibly unbalanced. Boosting comps and the like would be insane. Imagine 5 Taric ults in a row that all hit the entire team with Taric Ws, and the entire team is also just Adcs/Mages.
