Champion concept. mana converter

I think it would be really cool and unique if we could have a champion that could convert health to mana and mana to health. It would be cool if they could be a range poke champion or a tank. Although it may seem a bit op, it could work as long as its skills are as powerful. What do you guys think and maybe you guys could come up with a cool name for the champion. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
