Suggestion: Display teammates' ult cooldown time on-hover

I think it'd be useful to display teammates' ult cooldown time when you hover over their ult timer circle in the bottom right-hand corner. Sometimes it's difficult to tell if it's 5 seconds or 20 seconds until a teammate's ult is up since ult cooldown times can vary a considerable amount depending on the champion. The user isn't forced to see the countdown if they don't want to, but at least it is available on-hover for users who wish to see the exact time.
