By this I meant people who took part in the CCOS regularly, among others like Metal Gear Roses, Vorazun, Candurill, BowietheNifty, even people like Regonas and Echoing. Their concepts were always really detailed and nice to read.
Is it because there isn't a CCOS anymore or....
a lot of creators stop posting here because concepts get downvoted unless they come with SUPER GOOD like near rioter quality art, or the idea is so well fleshed out and interesting to read it basically doesn't need feedback. I know this because a lot of people who downvote aren't even other conceptors but people who post elsewhere who don't care to look at our work, so they look at it, read it, then see numbers and immediately think abilities are stupid op, or the amount of something on an ability is ridiculous but unlike us unless theyve done extensive research on champion roles and stuff they mainly just think themselves above us and downvote.
TLDR: non conceptors don't want to read, then call bs, then downvote, or leave just a negative comment.
Or like others above they just bide their time.
TBH i hate that posts can be downvoted. I'd much rather just have a flag option that once it gets enough flags it just gets deleted.
I'm biding my time for the next CCOS round :) I'm also reworking some older concepts and brainstorming for new ones...i must admit that it feels nice to see that i'm missed XD
But yea, i guess the rest is just waiting aswel :)
Pretty much, yeah. I'm biding my time for the CCOS to show up, impatiently waiting for the thread. Maybe I'll go make that tank champion that one thread's asking for. I can't speak for everyone else, but I'm pretty sure that'll explain some of their absences.
Regonas's last post was eleven days ago, not too long after a couple of his posts got deleted. A suspension is not unlikely.
I wish I was known lol. I've only done one CCOS and I'm mostly on gameplay, but I review a lot of concepts.
Echoing's probably waiting for the next CCOS just like myself, word on the street Regonas got another large suspension for being toxic on the boards but I could be mistaken.
CCOS wasn't being done for June due to host changes. It'll be back in for July with a new host :)

I think I participated in something like this 2 or 3 years ago. Is it a fan concept competition? If it is, I'd like to join!

I remember when there used to be 3 contests running at the same time each month The CCOS, The MCCC, & The MACFA (Make A Champion For Art) but there where a lot more creators then. Some having a different champion in each one.
I'm just waiting for the next ccos like Roses and Echoing. Gonna try to apply as a host this month while I bide my time to improve a champ concept I'm pondering up.
