#CHAMPION OVERVIEW

Name: Lesieth (LEH-SS-AYE-ETH) Title: The Cure Role: Fighter

Primary position: Top Lane Primary stat: Attack power Primary attack range: melee(150)

Abilities: passive ability - Insatiable Hunger:

Old Passive: Lesieth will sense and gain vision of a nearby black plague infection that spawns from time to time. She will gain movement speed while moving toward the infection and lose movement speed while moving away from the infection, until she consumes the infection. The movement speed buff/debuff will depend on the distance between Lesieth and the plague.

New passive(B): Black plague infection will spawn randomly within a range of 1800 of Lesieth. The plague is visible to all players. Monsters, Minions, and both allied and enemy players may be infected by the plague until death. Lesieth is able to consume the plague when it is unattached to a unit by walking over it.

first basic ability - Unyielding Thrust ____ Name change(A): Unyielding Hunger

Active: Lesieth thrusts her hand swiftly into her target dealing physical damage. This attack may be used on turrets.

New Active(B): Lesieth Strikes her target dealing physical damage. This attack may be used on turrets. This attack resets the basic attack. This ability will consume a black plague infection on an enemy or allied unit and stores it as a stack. This ability does not harm allied units.

second basic ability - Defiant Kick ____ Name change(A): Gluttonous Aura

Old Active: Lesieth will knock back her target dealing physical damage. The distance the target is knocked back is equal to 125% of the target's basic attack range.

New Active(A): Intensifies phagophobia in enemies within a range of 150, fearing them for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds.

third basic ability - Sixth Sense Perception ___ Name change(B): Uniform of the Sixth Mother

Passive: Lesieth can sense the will of others. She can sense the intent of nearby enemies, stealth included.

New Passive(B): Lesieth gains armor and magic resistance per stack of the plague she has consumed.

Ultimate ability - Instincts Synergy

Old Active: Lesieth gains scenario specific bonuses upon activation for 10 seconds, the bonus gained depends on how many enemy champions are nearby. (The bonus for 1 champion does not apply if there are 2 champions...etc, these bonuses are final upon activation and do not change with increasing or decreasing number of nearby enemy champs)

1 champion: Lesieth's base cooldowns are reduced by 30% and gains 10% movement speed.

2 champions: Lesieth's armor and magic resistance rises by 20% and gains 15% tenacity.

3 champions: Lesieth becomes untargetable, gains 15% movement speed, but deals 10% less damage.

4 champions: Lesieth gains 15% max health and restores 20% of missing health immediately, and returns 20% of the damage she takes, before reductions, over the next 10 seconds to all 4 of the nearby enemy champions, spread across each champion evenly. (If Lesieth takes 400 damage from a single basic(or spell) attack, then 100 damage is cut into for pie slices and each enemy champion takes one slice)

5 champions: Lesieth loses half her base movement speed, but deals double damage, in addition: Lesieth's basic attack/spell range is doubled, Unyielding Thrust will dash Lesieth to the end of her new basic attack range, Defiant Kick will stun the target after knock back for .5 second, and Insatiable Hunger includes enemy champs.

New Active(B): Feared targets receive double damage from Lesieth and q is reduced to a .5 sec cooldown when striking feared targets.

#GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW Lesieth is a split pushing champion that can punish their lane opponent's teleportation or lack of global pressure by mixing her auto with her first ability: Unyielding Thrust. She can damage turrets greatly or just use it to ensure she doesn't have to chose between two low minions. Her first ability is simple but how it is incorporated, gives it potential.

(B): Lesieth is a fighter champion with split pushing potential with her Unyielding Hunger able to target turrets. This q can reset the auto attack allowing for quick, successive attacks. This ability also consumes black plague infections that are on her target, including allies.

Lesieth can also reset a bad trade by using her second ability: Defiant Kick. The second ability is similar to Lee Sin's Dragon's Rage, but instead of drastic range and knock ups, it simply pushes the target to just outside of their attack range from Lesieth. This allows Lesieth to get those back line ranged minions in lane with minimal trading. The ability can be used much like Lee Sin's kick if Lesieth is positioned carefully, and chooses a specific target(ADC) and kick them to their team.

(A): Lesieth fears adjacent enemies for a short time. This fear can used during the laning phase as an escape mechanism for ganks or prevention of death. This fear will also fear minions that can assist when trying to last minions or escaping bad trades when the opponent has minion wave advantage. This fear also assists teams during fights by fearing the front line for short times, disrupting combos and creating gaps.

The third ability: Sixth Sense Perception is similar to Warwick's Blood-Scent passive or Quinn's Heightened Sense. This ability does not act immediately, but will give away enemy junglers who have been nearby for an extended period of time. At higher levels, Lesieth can detect enemies before fatally face checking a brush.

(B): The third ability ,"Armor of The Sixth Mother," is a passive ability that creates a stack every time Lesieth consumes a Black Plague Infection. These stacks provide Lesieth with armor and magic resistance. This armor gives Lesieth some tanking potential for the team, and for surviving turret shots.

Lesieth's passive ability: Insatiable Hunger, is where her identity gleams a little. The black plague infection can be compared to Zac's chunks or Bard's chimes, but causes an active buff/debuff on Lesieth's movement speed while the infection persists. Perhaps the player may leave the infection behind them if they want to farm with that sense of security, or maybe they want it near their opponent so the player can trade with confidence. The opponents can see the plague as well, and even use it as counter play; say freezing the lane to draw Lesieth in with less escape, or position themselves to force Lesieth to favor a side of the lane.

(B): Insatiable Hunger allows Lesieth to detect Black Plague Infections within an 1800 range of her. These infections can be picked up by enemy units and allied units which then need Lesieth to use Unyielding Hunger to consume the infection.

The final ability: Instinct's Synergy is where the player is both challenged, and decisive. This ability is what the players think about when strategizing, countering, and item building with Lesieth. The first bonus gives her the 1v1 lethality she has been waiting for during the laning phase. The second bonus makes her a small tank waiting for her team's jungler. The third bonus gives her the right away to target the opponent team's weaker link. The fourth ability is a quick life saver that also makes up for her zero multi-target potential because she reflects damage she has taken, spread equally across the 4 champions. If 5 enemy champions are nearby, she becomes threatening by giving her double damage at extended ranges but at the cost of her base movement speed; this ability makes her the deadliest peeler but prevents her from becoming an unstoppable wrecking ball.

(B): Instincts Synergy capitalizes on her basic abilities by doubling the fear duration of her Gluttonous Aura and reducing the cooldown of Unyielding Hunger to one second, also allowing her basic attack resets be more frequent. The feared targets during Instincts Synergy, take double damage from Lesieth. This ability lasts six seconds which is a typical team fight duration. This is also ample time to burst turrets if necessary.

Overall, the basic abilities allow some unique advantages without an overly complicated laning phase. The ultimate ability favors a variety of play styles and creating a new way for players to think. Together, these abilities provide players the versatility to keep split pushing simple and effective, while team fights are kept interesting and expansive.

(B): Overall, the abilities provide the versatility needed to be effective in team fights and as a split pushing force. The implementation of the abilities provide players a challenge due to their short range, but provide ample payouts in a unique way.

#CHARACTER OVERVIEW/LORE Lesieth - The Cure

Lesieth is a champion cladded in red armor while suffering from type 1 albinism. The red armor is her basic uniform. The mask that goes with this uniform is always hooked to her side. On occasion, she puts the mask on and synergizes with her gluttonous desires. She melds not only with her instincts, but also with the mask; the armor is only armor until it is complete, then it becomes part of her flesh when she synergizes. The mask has a crease where you would expect a mouth, this crease opens upon synergy becoming her mouth and sharpening her teeth. The armor is a tool, but is also a symbol of her kind. "Kind" because she is not alone, in fact the nature of her creation has made all like her, the same as her. Lesieth, sometimes claiming to be the sixth mother, was bio-engineered to be a living, self-sustaining cure. Her, and her 8 sisters, were the only ones that were immune to the plague. In case of the unspeakable, their makers ensured the cure's ability to spread and prevent further infection: but took precautions to keep their broken personalities under control.

Precaution 1 - The cure must be able to reproduce itself but not corrupt the population: the cure only reproduces asexually.

Precaution 2 - The cure's offspring must be capable of growth in an environment without resources but not be the cause of said environment: the plague is the cure's only source of nourishment and usable resource for their body to develop.

Precaution 3 - An effective cure must excel in a plague-filled environment but stagnate in a plague-less environment: the cure can only mature and produce offspring by using the plague as a resource.

Precaution 4 - The cure inherited blindness from the DNA donor: the cure will have their remaining senses amplified.

Precaution 5 - The cure must maintain its purpose: the cure can only experience the pleasure of eating, the cure's taste buds will only react to the plague.

Precaution 6 - In case the plague spreads beyond our realm, the cure must never interfere with the progression of other worlds: the cure will be given the ability to restore a victim of the plague to its original form at the start of infection.

Rumors can be heard across Runeterra, the red armored woman comes and goes while showing little interest in anyone or anything. Still, some claim to have witnessed her passing or even obtained an interaction with her. One story more ridiculous than the other, one person will say they have seen her ravage a deer in the woods. Another says he experienced her savagery when his arm was turning black but feinted from the pain of her red metal fingers severing his arm off and eating it, he supposedly awoke to his arm as good as it was before.

Of course, the one story that hasn't been heard yet, is Teemo's story. In a secluded jungle, a metal pod falls to the ground. The yordle discovers the pod and approaches it. With his curiosity, he opens one of the small doors. A green ooze spews from broken glass in the small compartment. After wiping the ooze away he notices a black ooze spreading out from the bottom of the cartridge. Slowly the black ooze spread from the metal pod to the grass and weeds while avoiding the green ooze soaked into Teemo's fur. Suddenly the black ooze accelerates its spread, infecting everything around him. The ooze collects before Teemo as though it were sentient, slowly blotting out the sun from Teemo. Teemo begins to run but the living infection chases after him, infecting everything around it.

Teemo escapes the infection with his speed. He decides to visit Heimerdinger for help. Using the ooze in Teemo's fur, Heimer dilutes what's left and infuses it with Teemo's omega gear. Heimer warns Teemo that the green ooze is no cure and no one may be able to make a real one in time. Heimer tells Teemo to go back and find the pod, because there may be a cure on board in the inner chambers.

Teemo of course races back into the jungle, tactfully using the modified omega gear to ward off the infection that has now taken control of the indigenous species. Nearing the end of his supplies, Teemo finds the pod once again and expends the last of the green ooze to open the large door. At the last inch of his strength he unlocked the door but unknowingly, the cure as well. To this day, Teemo only remembers two things; one the awkward smile of a woman inside the pod before feinting, and the other is the sound of her steps on the cured grass. Teemo never officially met the woman, or understood that she was the cure.

P.S. I thought I should explain a bit about Albinism. Albinism is a mutation in genetics that causes cells to fail in creating a protein necessary for pigmentation. There are 3 types, each regarding the lack of pigmentation, type 1 is complete lack of pigment. Pale white skin, snow white hair, white iris, pinkish pupils(pink because light is reflecting off the blood vessels in the eyeball). People with albinism are legally blind because there is no pigment to absorb light. The pigment is also responsible for dealing with radiation from the sun so these individuals avoid direct sunlight as they can.

Best one I've seen yet. But the champion concept, cure, is too strict. It may be that you can use it to create a good champion despite this, but Lesieth has no true likeness to a cure in her abilties or your description of her. So maybe you should think of a broader, more dynamic conept, like as a purifying force with the ability to cure, but a disspationate, independent mind.

I really like the description of her and her people. I still don't know how to add to it.

Imo her only good ability is Perception because it is a projection of her character. Her other abilities are without a trace of personality in them. Infection Detection does reflect personality but imo it isn't as good as Perception, because it seems to me as if she plays the role of a white blood cell in Infection Detection, walking around detecting enemies. I like Perception in that it adds to her character of a curer by explaining that she is an expert in psychics.
