why no pool party illaoi skin, i mean, thats pretty much one of the easyest ideas. WATER TENTACLES.

its right there, done. no hard thinking on how to make it, just give her som sort of swimsuit that covers at least 90% of her massive muscular body.

make the tentakles out of water, put some nice easter eggs with the tentecles in the splash, you know, in the background, and boom, there you go.

the animation, shouldnt be to hard aswell, like on the resistance skin, it shouldnt be hard thinking on how to make the particles, you just make some water splash stuff.

also the head thing, you just give her a tiki head, or a totem, make it traditional poolparty themed, you know, like in those surfing movies, chilling on the beach at night with all the torches and the tiki heads and stuff.

and boom, you got yourself a skin, that i would definitly buy, a easy one as well.
