Failed Project Nocturne

It actually looks pretty cool, but some parts seem to look too much like fish scales rather than metal parts(around the beginning of the tail and the mid arms), and his head looks like a glass cockpit for something rather than the head of a sentient robot/cyborg.

I'd +10 if i could, and i don't know how to mean or id give you one of those too TT so.....[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
