New Malzahar Skin

I've done some research, and the last malzahar skin was released on September 19th, 2011. It has been three years since Malzahar has recieved any sort of change or update. His particles look older than the contents of Blue Buffs soup pot, and his skins are rather lackluster. I know he isn't played very much, but even champions like quinn and urgot have recieved some sort of update recently. Malz is one of my favorite champions but it's hard to want to buy a skin for him when they all look the way they do. Please riot, give something new to us Malzahar mains.
