Same situation as Quinn, how exactly could you legendary up the concept. I mean, outside of burning out the whole mecha/project/battlecast thing, which you could probably do with every champion if you really wanted to, but that'd get scale as fuck, fast.

Headhunter Twitch. Highly Predator influenced look, with a wrist computer he interacts with every time he uses an ability. Different colored autos (purple acid?), more dialogue (mixture of same old crazy twitch and/or more serious tone) with a synthesized voice.

The possibilities are there; Riot just need to do it. Personally I'd be happy with at least a 1350rp, "todays Riot standard", skin; but obviously would love a legendary.
