Project Skins - Bang For Your Buck

Lets face it I am going to buy the new skins but I want to get the most out of them money wise. Currently the bundle is 7559rp for all the skins and no champs. Project Yasuo is currently 50% off.

My question is how do I go about this?

1. Buy the bundle as is for 7559rp (1260rp each).
2. Buy the Yas skin first for 50% off then buy the bundle hoping it will be cheaper than the full bundle.
3. Buy Yas skin and Yi skin, wait for first strike to end and buy bundle
4. Wait for first strike to end and hopefully the price of the bundle goes down.

Update I bought the 50% off yas skin then the yi skin it made the bundle go down to 7222rp then 5402rp.
