How to rank up 1v9

So I am currently silver 4, which I know is really bad, but I usually do good in my games and would say I am the carry in 60% to 70% of the games I win. But, despite this, it has become so impossible to rank up because of trolls/feeders. I can be up a solid 3 or 4k gold in the first 15 min but I will have teammates 0-6-0 or something along these lines. Then when they throw, we both still lose the same amount of LP. I know this is a team game and want it to stay that way, I just wish there was a bit more balanced system in place that wouldn't punish all players on a team when the loss really boils down to one or two people playing poorly.

My solution to this sounds simple, but I am sure it would be more complicated that it seems to put in place. Really I just want to see if I am the only person who thinks this way or if this could be a great new system.

In ranked solo/duo, each team has 100 LP that they can either gain if they win, or lose in defeat. As the game progresses, each player is constantly evaluated to see how beneficial, or not, they are for their team, then at the end of the game that 100 LP is awarded to the winning team and the losing team loses this much. So say you win. Your team is Darius-top / Ryze-mid / Zac-jg / Varus-adc / Janna-sup. In this game, the ryze is feeding hard and ends with a score of 1-8-3, the darius and zac carry with good scores of 8-3-9 and 2-1-11 respectively. The varus and janna don't do bad just kinda average, going 3-3-9 and 1-5-17.

In the current ranked system, all player would get almost the same amount of LP, but with this new system, the scores could be split up so the players that really did the most get the highest rewards. So LP for this game could go Darius - 23 Zac - 23 Varus - 21 Janna - 21 Ryze - 12

The system would work similarly for loses, having the players that did the worst losing the most and the players that did well but couldn't carry getting a slightly lower reduction.
