Mthr, The Soul of Nalemk

Some backstory before we begin. Nalemk is a new kingdom in world of league of legends and their god is called Mthr. He has been called down and put into to a sacrifices body. Now he uses arcane magic to take down his foes and protect Nalemk in its time of need.

Gender: male Appearance: normal clothes. He looks like a normal inhabitant of a city in LoL Weapon: his hand oooooooooo))) Stats: tanky he is also swift with at speed and mov speed and he has about 45 damage at lv one scales by 1.5 each level Abilities:

(Passive) arcane intuition: his ap scales with his mov speed so 1% of his speed turns into 1% ap

(Q) Arcane fire: he ignites his fist cause his next attack to deal 10%/15%/21%/24%/35% more damage on the next hit (scales off of his ad)

Cost: 30/40/50/50/55 mana CD: 8.5/8/7/5.5/4

(W) Mark of the god: marks target enemy dealing 50/60/80/90/100 damage over 4 seconds also if he has arcane fire hit a marked target his attack does an extra 20/40/60/80/100 damage (this ability scales off 25% of his ap not including the extra damage from the arcane fire)

Cost: 35/50/55/55/55 mana CD: 10/9/8/6/3 seconds Type: target

(E) Shaded Magic: throws a blue fire ball at target enemy slowing them for 1/3/4/4/4 seconds also dealing 60/100/120/150/210 magic damage. Plus if arcane fire is active when this ability is castes it consumes the ability and then makes this ability deal 10% more damage (this scales off 10% of his ap)

(R) Blood Dance: Mthr channels all of his energy lowering all enemy champions health by 10% for 120 seconds. And he also gives them a blood sickness making them take 15 damage every 2 seconds for 30 seconds. If he gets a kill with the enemy champions health being lowered he gets a stack of madness which corupts this champion making his mana and ap go up but his AT speed and health go down. (Can have up to 10 stacks. With full stacks he has 20% more mana and ap 2% per stack. He also has 10% lower attack speed and health)
