Mutesu, The Masked Hero

Lore: Mutesu was a wandering rider from Piltover, the City of Progress, traveling around Runeterra. At the age of 16, Mutesu’s Father, an Inventor, gave Mutesu an AI motorcycle, Mecha Motor, for his birthday, Mecha Motor can only understand and obey the commands of its owner. After his father’s death he decides to travel all across Runeterra, following what his dad taught him, he would help those in need of help. During his journey, he meets , and they exchanged their knowledge of their travels. After a while of traveling, Mutesu arrives back at Piltover, after many years away and he meets up with , to make battles upgrades on Mecha Motor. was quite intrigued by Mecha Motor mechanics and designs so agreed to upgrade Mecha Motor. After the motorcycle was finished upgrading, Mutesu goes and collects Mecha Motor. Now on a new journey, Mutesu travels to Zuan, the city-state northeastern part of Varon, while he was exploring he stumbled upon the lair of . , instantly, starts off the greeting by using his Gravity Field to stun Mutesu. Mutesu gets knocked off his motorcycle by Siphon Power. See he could not win, Mutesu tells Mecha Motor to run away, so Mecha Motor Escapes. Mutesu ends up getting knocked out with Chaos Storm. Viktor brings Mutesu into his lair to experiments on him. After months of failed testing, Viktor was able created the next step for humanity, he transformed Mutesu it a masked being with the ability to summon the Justice Sword, increased strength, increased defenses and increase health, regeneration and the ability to survive without food or water. Moments after the experiments success, Mutesu wakes up, in his transformed state, breaks free from his bindings and attacks . gets knocked out by a destructive punch from Mutesu. Not being able to recall who or what he was, Mutesu runs from the lab, with papers of the things that changed about him. Mutesu spesds several days in an ally in Zaun, to study the experiment notes. After several weeks of walking, unknowingly walking southeast towards the Ironspike Mountains, Mutesu stumble and falls into a cave, in which he would spend the next 7 years sleeping in a uncongested state. Mutesu awakes from the voice of his dead father. Upon his awake, he gathers his strength and heals himself. Soon after, he remembers what happened and what he have recieved. He transforms and calls for his motorcycle, “Mecha Motor!” After nearly 8 years Mecha Motor starts functioning again and breaks through a garbage pile, in Zaun and rides towards its master. Now Mutesu and Mecha Motor are back on the journey in helping others instead of causing havoc. But Mutesu still holds a grudge on for what he has done to him. Now travelling around Runeterra, he is known as the Masked Hero.

Appearance/Personality: Mutesu is a tribrid close ranged, tanky, AD, AP user. Mutsu is .... He is always with Mecha Motor on his journeys. Mecha Motor is a ...with ... ___ and .... His Masked form is .... He is calm in most situations but he feels a urge to stop Viktor whenever he sees him. He calmly judges the situation and strategically plans his next moves, He does a decisive ending blow to his opponents. He fights and believes in the justice his father taught him.

Abilities: [Mutesu] Innate Ability – Heroes Will: While in Human Form, Mutesu Gains 15/30/40 physical damage (+ 50% AP) and 30/50/70 abiltiy power (+ 75% AD) when his health is below 50%.

[Masked Hero Rider] Innate Ability – Heroes Chance: Cooldown of 120 (reduced by 10 sec for every 30 bonus armor or bonus magic resist. Works with both Armor and Magic resist). While in Transform state, if Mutesu dies, he is put into a kneeling state and his armor breaks apart within 3 sec, when all his armor is lost he is stands up with 30% max health (Mutesu). While in this state, Mutesu can not get targeted or damaged.

[Mutesu] Q – Heroes Might: Cooldown-24/22/20/18/16 sec. Mutesu gathers his strength and heals himself for 50/75/100/125 (+10/15/20/25/30 per every 7.5% missing health) (+ 200% of his health regeneration), also gaining 40/55/70/85/100% ATK Speed (+ 10% of your speed) and then it increases his health regeneration by 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of maximum health for 10 sec (effect resets after every kill will it is still active).

[Masked Hero Rider] Q-2 – Hero Punch: Cooldown-12/11/10/9/8 sec. Mutesu’s next attack is a powered straight punch that deals 75/100/125/150/175 physical damage (+ 75% AD) (+ 50% AP) and then explodes for 50% of the damage to all surrounding enemies within a radius of 400.

[Mutesu] W – Mecha Motor: Cooldown-14/13/12/11/10 sec. Range-500. Mutesu calls his motorcycle that enters from behind Mutesu and hits the spot it was called to (shows a faint dark spot), knocking back any enemy, in the impact, back a distance of 200 and dealing 75/100/125/150/175 magic damage (+ 50% AP) (+75% Bonus AD), (this skill takes 1 sec for Mecha Motor to arrive at its destination). Active the skill and Mutesu will hop onto the motorcycle and start riding it. This grants him 20/25/30/35/40 bonus movement speed (+1 for every bonus 5% ATK Speed), and 50/75/100/125/150 shield (+ 10% Max Health), if the shield breaks Mecha Motor disappears. Mecha Motor disappears after 5 sec of not being used. If Mutesu walks more then 650 units away from Mecha Motor, Mecha Motor rides away. Any displacement done on Mutesu will remove Mecha Motor.Hero kick and Hen-shin!!! can not be used when Mutesu is on Mecha Motor.

[Masked Hero Rider] W-2 – Heroes Sword: Cooldown-18/16/14/12/10 sec. Mutesu calls forth his sword and gains attack range by 75 and does 60/70/80/90/100 magic damage (+ 45% AP) (+ 60% AD) per hit. Sword lasts for 6/7/8/9/10 sec and then he puts it back into his belt. Hero Punch, Masked kick and Hen-Shin Out!!! can not be used when Masked Hero Rider is equipping Heroes Sword. After 3 sec you can active the skill again and it will put away the sword.

[Mutesu] E – Hero Kick: Cooldown-20/15/10 sec. Range-750. Mutesu jumps into the air and does a piercing, diving kick to the targeted, enemy champion dealing 50/75/100/125/150 physical damage (+ 130% AD) (+100% AP). During the kick, Mutesu automatically transforms into his Masked Hero state, he gains the bonuses of the transformation 0.5 sec after the landing.

[Masked Hero Rider] E-2 – Masked Kick: Cooldown-20/15/10 sec. Range-650. Mutesu kneels and charges for 0.5 sec and then he jumps into the air and he does a diving kick to the targeted location, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 physical damage (+ 90% AD) (+75% AP) to the enemies in the line of fire and the hit spot. On impact of the land, it causes a ground smash that does 35% of the damage; it would have done without the enemies defenses, to the surrounding enemies within the radius of 450. Any enemy champion that is killed, by the air kick, explodes and does 10% of their maximum health (+100% AP) (+80% AD) to the surrounding enemies within a radius of 300, as magic damage.

[Mutesu] R –Hen-shin!!! : Cooldown- 10 sec (cooldown is reduced by 1.5 sec for every 25 bonus movement speed). Mutesu instantly transform into Masked Hero Rider and is granted 30/65/100 Physical damage, + 150/300/450 Max Health (+5% of your max health), + 30/60/90 armor and Magic Resist to Mutesu.

[Maksed Hero Rider] R-2 - Hen-Shin Out!!! : Cooldown- 10 sec (cooldown is reduced by 1 sec for every 25% bonus atk speed). Activating this skill will transform Masked Hero Rider back into Mutesu. He loses all buffs from this skill but gains 75% movement for 3.5 seconds.

• Mutesu stands in his transforming stance and yells “Hen-Shin!!!” but he does not transform.
