I honestly feel as if some of his abilities need to be buffed or tweaked. For example, his q should give him 100% lifesteal and a 30% movement speed boost. Or maybe his R is able to be used on anyone, not just being airborne. Anyone else think these changes are necessary? Post your thoughts in the replies below.

I'd say these changes are not necessary. Why? Because Yasuo is still OP. I play him and even though I'm not that good, I solo carry games with him. If he got buffed like that then he would be high S tier.
And remove the E cooldowns! Make it so he can use it again and again and again on the same target!!
