Lazmus: The Steele Vagabond(Champion Idea)

So, I'm sure this is normally where people would post the picture but I'm terrible at art so I'll just say what inspired me to write this. Its pretty obvious that I love Gnar(and was inspired by Udyr and Sion) because offensively Lazmus plays around his rage since it boosts most of his stats. Defensively he is just a seriously heavy tank that just takes damage until he explodes with damage. One thing that really sets him apart (as far as I know) is his ability to use his skill to essentially reset his ult so it can be re-used quickly. Visually I always imagined that he has the body type of Archie from pokemon ORAS. He has a more advanced Piltover styled outfit with an orb that glows blue when he is at peace but when he becomes enraged his entire body becomes red including the orb. While at peace his body is blue, the orb is yellow and his cloths are gold. On his hands are Ls which are pretty self explanatory. He also has a lowercase l right on his stomach that is a constant gray.

Passive: Mental Rush When Lazmus has less than 25% Health without dying he gains a stack of Damage Information. Capped at 20 stacks. At 10 stacks each ability gets an added effect. At 1 Stacks Lazmus gets a 5% extra armor At 10 stacks Lazmus’ gets another 10% extra armor At 15 stacks Lazmus gets another 15% armor and 2x health regen At 20 stacks Lazmus gets another 20% armor and rage stacks faster

Q - Cyberquake
adds 15 rage Cooldown 15/12/10/7 Physical Damage 60/105/130/195/260 Lazmus slams the ground which damaging and slowing everything in a straight line When passive hits 10 if Cyberquake hits a champion Lazmus dashes toward the champion If it hits multiple champions then he dashes toward the first champion it hits.

W - Heat Exhaust
cools 20 rage Cooldown 20/15/12/10 Lazmus blinds all enemies in direct contact Cancels Heated but halves the cooldown of Heated At 10 stacks it both blinds enemy and restores its 10 energy cost upon contact

E - Rocket Hook adds 25 rage Cooldown 25/20/25/10 Physical Damage 75/90/145/200/230 Lazmus’ hand enlarges and he does damage to all enemies to the right knocking them towards the right At 10 stacks Lazmus charges forward if he hits an enemy he knocks the enemy to the right. If the enemy hits a wall they’re stunned

Ult - Heated costs 50 rage Cooldown 60/50/35 Lazmus overheats his body making his metallic body glow a bright red and his metallic plates flap Speed Boost 2x Attack Speed Boost 1.5x At 10 stacks Armor Boost 1.5x Magic Resist Boost 1.5x At 15 stacks Temporary Shield 25% of max health Food for thought: Although Lazmus is very strong and intelligent he keeps his mind clear in order to keep his rage down. So outside of rage he sounds lighthearted even a bit air headed.

Lore: A man willing to do anything to be the perfect soldier for Piltover, Lazmus was one of the few humans ready and willing to volunteer for the various human experiments made by many of the scientists from the “City of Progress”. After many augmentations removing most of his human limbs his body broke down completely. After finding that many of his upgrade were dysfunctional besides his basic movement he became a wanderer trying to find mental solace. After years of wandering he found his way to the Freljord after hearing of man who had successfully conquered nature he wondered if the the man could conquer his mental state. Udyr the Spirit Walker was not only able to awaken Lazmus’ mind but also awake something deeper in Lazmus. Inside Lazmus’ mind lies a deep and intense power that could destroy armies but only be unlocked by his rage. While Udry wanted Lazmus to release this energy, Lazmus chose instead to keep the power in check. This disagreement caused the two to split ways.
