Idea for A new champls - A range Tank Support

Basic the new champs is a tank range supp or jungler, that depend on the ability, is just my own options, is you dislike just ignore. Thank you. Name is Nizon, which is Zed's brother, but zed don't know about it,they separate when they are young, so they don't know each others. Ability : Passive - Permanent shield, have a kill/Assis will increase the shield of Nizon (For example 1 kill/assis = 20HP shield Max is 200Hp, after Nizon get to Max shield, increase the Health of Nizon) However the shield is mean the Dark power, i will talk about latter. Q - Don't have name Yet. Blind a enemy champ for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 (If Nizon killed/ Assis the champs before, it will mark the champs when use Q and do continues damage to the champs. W- Nizon us Dark Power from his Passive, to give ally a shield (it will gone when the shield finished), which will decrease from Nizon's passive. Passive - DarkPower continues Grow, which will increase the shield every time he level up. E -No name yet -Nizon us hie power to create a road. Ally- when ally walk on the road will increase the movement speed, and will shield ally for 1 sec/1.5/2/2.5/3. Enemy - will decrease the movement speed of enemy champs, and if the champs are marked by Q will do magic damage. R-No name yet -Skill shot, Nizon summer 2 shadow from dark, that can rooted a area for 3 second, whatever in that area will be stop for 3 second, and if the champs are marked by the Q, it will decrease the vision of that champs.
