The ashe changes are good but why not play ashe 2.0 (jinx/kallista)

Theres really nothing that makes ashe worth picking over anyone anymore. Too many zero/low wind up/travel time gap closers in the game now.

her ult needs to scale with AD like .7+ ad scaling at least.
