My Top issue Champions

Over the past Year or so, we've see a large number or champions reworks and releases. Obviously, this is necessary for the game to grow, however, there are a large number of champion issues along with game mechanics and concepts (which I'll talk about in another post) that should be focused on first. Riot needs to stop pumping out champions while there are still champions that they need to fix. I'm going to list a number of champions I believe to either have flaws or are flawed in concept, and how Riot should go about fixing the champions. Also, I'm not a top main, so the following champions don't need to be "fixed" because i can't lane against them.

• Ryze: AS we all know, Ryze has been a problem child since his conception and Riot can't seem to balance him. Either he's an unstoppable machine gun mowing down the backline from flacks, or absolutely useless. My number one recommendation to fix Ryze is to remove him from the game. its apparent from the multiple nerfs and buffs, along with the rework that he can't be balanced, so I say remove him. IF that's not going to happen, I think lowering his base damages is a good idea. I've seen Ryse's 1v2 with tear and catalyst. If he's supposed to be a late game champ yet can still solo kill early in lane, its clear that his base damages are too high.
• Ekko: When Ekko was first release, everyone thought he was insanely OP with his 1.0 AP ratio on his ult. AS time went on, it was apparent he wasn't that op, but clearly strong. Then the tank build was invented and he became an unkillable terror in the backline. My solution to these problems are as following, lower his base damages again, as the latest nerfs weren't enough. Along with that, stop allowing Champions that are meant to be assassins build tank items. This also fixes the adc ghostblade issue. Have classes have limited item selection.
• Akali: We've all witnessed the terror of a fed akail: oneshotting the entire backline and then escaping via her w and team support. However, her powerspike after getting Gunblade is rediculous, probably the strongest level 1 powerspike in the game. Along side that, her ability to snowball after a single kill is unrivaled. I think the most effective answer to Akali would be lower her ad and ap ratios.
• Ganglank: Even after all the GP nerfs, he still a terror in lane after the early Sheen powerspike, and even worse after Trinity Force. I think removing the ability to proc the Sheen with GP's Q. Also, either raising W's cooldown and lowering the healing would making him less dominant in his winning lane matchups, and more fair in the matchups that are supposed to be bad.
• Pantheon: Snowball ridiculously off of one kill. Necessary changes, passive change, makes trading with him nearly impossible to be worth, change Q. Having spammable ranged poke on a strong melee champ doesn't really make sense.
• Jinx/Vayne: Similar problem to GP, if they go even in farm/items, are ridiculously stronger than any other adc or most champs at the same point in the game. Usually for nerfing adcs, its tiem reliant, but lowering JInx's q stats, and the percent health damage on Vayne's W should doing it.
• Annie: I've been killed too many times through Hexdrinker for her not to be here. Lower her base damages and ap ratios.
• Zac: Jump range needs nerfs, shouldn't have to be worried in the midlane about a Zac jumping at me from far side of the raptors.Also, having his damage scale with building tank is an awful idea. Needs to be forced to either build tank or build damage, not build tank and get damage.
• Singed: A champion designed around proxy farming, seems like a mistake. Remove
• Teemo: I a nightmare in laning phase for most melee auto based champions, but after laning phase seems like teemos do nothing, especially in teamfights. Notoriously known as a troll champ. Remove.
• Following champs are regarded as poor/bad/trash/troll: URgot, Mordekaiser, Heimerdigner, Aatrox, Warwick. Need reworks or removed
