A new champion concept
Basically, I had created a new artwork and I was thinking that I should send this on this discussion. So I have this idea that is not finish because of the lore. This is the abilities, stats and name.
Name: Ishara Coralie (The Soul Of A Discreet Death) Primary role: Mage Secondary role: Support Secondary Bar: Flow
Stats: Health: 389 (+109 per level) Movement speed: 340 Attack speed: 0.89 (+0.05 per level) Attack damage: 160 Ability Power: 120
Skills: Passive: Splash!!/ Float
Deals 40 attack damage to enemy champions and heals small amount of health for allies when they are nearby her.
Floats while moving and attacking. Deals 30 ability power to enemy champions.
Q: Volcanic Waters/ Electrify
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Deals 150 AP(+250 AP, increase by 75 AP per level) damage to enemy champions while shooting the enemy champions in any direction that the user wants and it slows down the enemy champions for 5 seconds while healing herself after deal damage. When it comes to teamfights, this skill can use multiple water shots to airborne enemy champions.
Stun an enemy champion for 15 seconds while dealing 140 attack damage(increase by 70 AD per level) to the enemy champion.
W: Light it up/ Minimize and Maximise
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Enhances ally champions attack and movement speed for 15 seconds and heals 50% of their health. Increases her own ability power/ attack damage to the enemy champion by 25% and 10% of her attack and movement speed. By casting this ability also resets the cooldown of the ultimate when the ally team have casted their ultimate on enemy champions.
Transform into a fish and back to the human.
E: Surprise!!! / Illusion/ Dead Sea
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Goes into stealth mode while dealing 150 AD (+140 AD) to enemy champion for 30 seconds . By casting Surprise!! Also open Illusion, enable her to teleport to her allies and heal their health to 25%. It also enables her to teleport to the enemy champion, draining their health to 50% and healing herself. It also slows down the enemy champion movement speed.
Slows down every champion and minions in the enemy team for 30 seconds. Doesn't affect the firing of the turret.
R: Revival/ Water Rush!!/ Explosive Water
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Revives 2 allies and heals 50% of their health for injured allies while attacking. It also recharged 55% of their mana. She gives her injured allies shields to take in damage when they are going back to the base.
Opens up Water Rush!!
Increases her movement speed by 25% and each kill she takes will shorten the duration of the cooldown and will extend the duration of leaving her ultimate on.
Goes into an enemy champion and burn them for 30 seconds and comes out of an enemy champion and blast them with large amount of water, dealing 350 AP (Increases by 200 AP per upgrade) to the enemy champion.
Casting Revival will automatically change back to the human form if the champion is in the Fish form
Cooldown of Explosive Water is 60 seconds

Lore:
Living at the countryside of Demacia, she lives a peaceful life before the war came. No one knows about her existence. Even the king. Only some knows about it. Her dolphins.
She travelled to Ionia, just for a place to stay. Living with her own favourite clothes that never seem to bore her. It seems like someone have caught her attention. A guy wearing a blue scarf with a red rope and his blue hakama. His hair that has the shape of a paintbrush with a lonely blade by his side. With a shakuhachi and a bamboo water bottle by his side, sleeping soundly. She sat by the side of the river bank, enjoying the cold water streaming down her legs before she fully went in. She wouldn't care if anyone is around her. She is just a little cute cinnamon roll, wandering like a ghost with her companion by her side, Istiara. Laughter of dirty, ill-mannered men came in like a hooligan, seems to be finding someone to murder in this forest and asked :" Hey you there! You pretty little lady. Have you seen the murderer here?"
I paused for a long moment and didn't answer anything.
"You're not from Ionia, I guess. Wanna fight?"
" Are you nuts? Who would want to fight in here? I would rather fight in the resources that you use everyday." I questioned with a smirk.
"Totally nuts."
He came in like a wrecking ball and instantly... he was killed within a few seconds. Blood flow with a light touch on my skin and realized that there is still more of it.
"Come out whoever you are. I know you're there."
"Hmph... I guess you're the murderer, you murderer."
"Well, having blood on my hands and my clothes doesn't mean that I'm a murderer."
He launched an attack on me and failed as I forced my hand to pierce into his vengeful heart. More came in and was killed within an hour. Large pools of blood lays like a red streams of cherry, giving plants life and many organs was pulled out.
After a few hours of washing my clothes, I went into a deep slumber while I am in my cute dolphin. Nobody knows who I am anyways, I smiled.
A serene forest with a calm stream of water gushing down from a fountain. Her eyes flutters as she starts to walk around her. A voice question: "Who are you and why are you here?"
A shiver went down her spine and answered with a gentle, singing voice: "I'm Ishara Coralie and I'm here to practice my skills. Anything wrong? And.... who are you?"
"I'm the wanted man from Ionia. I was accused being the murderer of my Elder.... Elder Souma... I'm Yasuo, the Unforgiven. Come with me. There's something special about you."
"Hmmm.... ok."
I followed him into his weird and vast forest and he pulled my hand into his town. Many people hid themselves from him and said:" I will take my leave." He left me here.
After staying in the town for 3 and a half years, I have become famous for my art and music pieces. But... my hometown came in to find me... Troops storming in and Xin Zhao found me and tried to pull. My mouth instantly move and said:" There's many things I've not finish in here. Don't worry about me. I will return to Demacia safely. Report it to my majesty." His face calmed down after I said it and ordered his troops to return.
Upon their return to my hometown, I've decided to go into the forest and saw Yasuo standing right in front of me and said:" Are you here to assassinate me?"
I honestly replied: "I wouldn't care to assassinate someone who is accused."
"Interesting. Since you're here, come with me."
A stern face turned into a bright smile. Sharp and frozen pain lingers on my stomach as I take a look at it. A pale blue right hand of mine placed on the injured area as I started healing myself and the flora and fauna around me. Nobody is looking at me, I thought.
Perhaps... An old injury when I was young.
As far as I could see my area, It would be great if I could take a nap. But I felt into a deep slumber.
