RP Critters Store

We all know how there is a little critters on summoners rift and there is Poros on howling abyss. Should we be able to purchase small critters that we choose much like we choose our summoner icon and ward skin that maybe spawn in the base and meander around the map.

The Concept for Critters would be:

1. They would be cheap like warding skins.
2. They would not obstruct game play (successfully implemented with the Poros on Howling Abyss)
3. They could start on the platform and wander around ( or a random location that enables players to look out for them)
4. They should not be easily confused with any game play element. (yorick minions, zyra seeds)

Examples would be things like A baby dragon, Donkey, Poro, StarFish

Please provide Input in the form or your opinions on proper implementation of a system and model suggestions
