Pool Party Taric - let us take off his jacket!

Hi there! I love Taric and all his skins very much and so I checked his Pool Party model (with chromas). I noticed that under his jacket he has some bands maybe (?) and they are only visible during his recall. Its a really big waste, they are very cool and they add some varienty to his chromas (because look at his and then look at Graves or Cait PP chromas). I'd love to be able to take his jacket off using ctr+5 (like you can add/remove Kai'Sa mask or change Zoe's style of walking or wear/take off Rengar's hood on one of his skins). Since there is already model of his body, because its shown in his recall, It wouldnt be probably so hard. Riot please!
