Does riot ever Intend on making more skins for the newer champs like jhin, taliyah, illaoi , and Aurelion sol because they have been out for a decent while and it gets me mad to know that a new champ is coming out but not new skins for awesome champs

It takes time to make skins, and new champions generally see a skin sometimes a year after their release. Champs will get skins when its their time.
