Skins Exchange!

Hello, I know many of the players are thinking of it but i dont know if they made a thread (i searched and came with no results) with this idea so delete this if already exists!

Now with the hextech crafting and reroll system many players got skins on players that they dont even play so i was thinking, what about if we could exchange skins for other that we want and could not have in the past, same value ofcourse or 2 skins for 1, something like this! This could also go like 3 legendary skins for 1 ultimate or so (i have all ultimates just droping ideas)!

Let me know what is your opinion about this!
