ao shin: the yang to aurelion sol's yin
aurelion sol has been out for some time, and many people have come to terms that ao shin is a scrapped project that has been reworked into the star forger that we know today. i would like to present an idea that would propose a concept that would revitalize the ao shin many players have been waiting for for 3 whole seasons and still haven't gotten what they have been waiting for. ao shin was supposed to be an ionian spirit dragon awakened in ionia's time of need to cleanse runeterra to purge those that would defile the sacred spirit temple that seals the great evil within. today i would like to present a concept for ao shin and kit that would be a counterbalance to aurelion sol. for your consideration, ao shin, the thunderous wrath class: primary mage secondry: support

passive: static pulse ao shin's ability costs are expended with static charges that are gained dealing damage to targets or on kill or assist to enemy champions (one charge per successful hit and 2 per champion kill or assist.) one charge per 5 seconds gained passively. max stacks 20
like aurelion sol, ao shin will have a passive AOE ability, unlike aurelion sol it will not be his primary damage dealing ability. dealing no damage, instead it will be a pulse that radiates in an area of 200 units every 2 seconds that has a 50% chance to stun targets in an area around ao shin for .5 seconds
basic attacks charged exhalation basic attacks apply a passive stack that charges up to 2 times. when fully charged, the next basic attack would deal 15% bonus damage equal to ao shin's ability power to the target and have a 50% chance to stun the target for .5 seconds
Q: blightning / amplify cost:5 static charges blightning: target enemy: ao shin shocks a target and chains to a nearby target unit up to 200 units prioritizing champions, that will deal 45 damage to the first target hit and 10% decrease in total damage for each subsequent targets number of targets hit increases with each tier and each have their own radius of effect, traveling to the nearest target. targets hit will decrease targets movement speed by 10% and scales on leveling up the tier amplify: target ally : ao shin blesses a target and another nearby target ( number of targets do not increase with tier level) with electrifying grace, giving the unit 10% movement speed and 20 bonus magic damage to targets basic attack for 3 seconds. second target prioritizes champions and only affects other allied units.
W: discharge cost: half of total static charges ao shin increases the radius of his static pulse by 75 for 4 seconds (+1 second per tier) for each charge expended while casting discharge, the static pulse will deal 7 magic damage to all enemy and neutral units in the area for each pulse they are caught in, additionaly affected targets will be stunned for .5 seconds E: jolt of fortune cost: 5 static charges grants nearby allied champions a electric field that absorbs 70 damage scaling with ability power and tier for one second within the static pulse radius, the radius can be increased with the discharge ability, but will decrease the value of the damage absorbed to fifty. passive: static pulse passive is increased by 25 for each tier active: ao shin's ult with discharge inactive: all units inside static pulse are displaced 120 units closer to ao shin. discharge active: all units inside static pulse are displaced 80 units closer to aoshin. ao shin gains 10% increase to all stats except to range and critical chance. increases with tier. gain 5 static charges
