Ezreal, The True ADC
Base AD lowered by 5 (to 50) AD scaling lowered by 0.3 (to 2.11) (AD at lvl 18 now 89)
Passive: Unyielding Ray Ezreal’s critical strikes deal no additional damage. Instead, (20 + Crit Chance)% of all physical damage dealt by Ezreal is converted to true damage
= 80%
80 + 20 = 100% true damage.
Q: Mystic Shot (8.5 sec CD) (1150 range) (40/50/60/70/80 mana) Active: Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+80% AD) (+60% AP) physical damage to the first enemy hit, and applying on-hit effects. If Mystic Shot successfully hits an enemy, all of Ezreal's ability cooldowns are refreshed by 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6/3 seconds.
W: Rising Spell Force (15 sec CD) (10/15/20/25/30 mana) Ezreal gains 8/11/14/17/20% bonus attack speed for 6.5 seconds, stacking up to 4 times.
E: Arcane Shift (20/18.5/17/15.5/14 sec CD) (475 range) (90 mana) Active: Ezreal blinks to the target location. (But without the projectile)
R: Trueshot Barrage (150 sec CD) Active: After gathering energy for 1 second, Ezreal fires an energy projectile in the target direction, dealing 250 /450 / 650 (+ 100% bonus AD) (+ 120% AP) physical damage to enemies it passes through. Each enemy hit reduces the projectile's physical damage by 15%, down to a minimum 25% damage.
