New Duelist Champion Concept, Firefly

I hope this gets seen by a rioter so it at least gets thought about.

The intended lore for this champion is crap after recent revision so I'm not even posting it.

Passive: Mach Speed Punch 

Every 3 auto attacks(cliche, I know please forgive me) on a single champion Firefly will punch in Mach speed dealing a percentage of his Movespeed as Attack Damage. Activating this passive gives you one stack of Mach. Getting 3 stacks of Mach will give you a burst of attack speed for a short period of time.

Firefly cannot crit. 

Firefly turns a percentage of his Movespeed as Attack Damage.

Q: Mach Speed Haymaker

On his his next auto attack, Firefly throws a haymaker that stuns the opponent and deals additional damage. Resets auto attacks. Blocked by Banshee's Veil.

W: Afterimage Distortion

Firelfy runs in a square, making an afterimage on the four points of the square(He is immune to CC and damage during this time). He can then stop at a point of his choosing. Enemies hit in Firefly's path get Mach Speed Punch proc'd on them(can only once on a single champion). 

Resets auto attacks.
Blocked by Banshee's Veil.

E: Blinding Dash

Firefly flashes the lights on his armour, blinding all units nearby while dashing in any direction doing damage in a small area in front of him. Proc's one stack of Mach Speed Punch on the target(s). Gives a small amount of Movespeed at the end of dash for a short period of time.

Ult:

Firefly 3 short dashes that each do damage at the end destination, one dash is used on cast. During each dash Firefly flashes the lights on his suit and blinds enemies nearby. Procs Mach Speed Punch on all units in auto attack range at the end of the last dash. 

Mastery:

This champion should be relatively hard to play like Yasuo.

Balancing:

Mobility could be nerfed, movespeed can be nerfed.

Counterplay:

Armor, Maphite, Warden's Mail, CC of any kind.

Roles: 

AD Assassin
Mobility and burst send him Mid.
Attack Speed and CC send him Jungle.

Base Skin:

Iron Man looking suit mini rocket engines on shoulders, elbows and calves. Colour should be hot rod red with black stripe accents that flash yellow when using blinds.

Possible Skins:

Pulsefire, Galaxy, Riot Skin.
Blood Moon: Smoky particles, flashes black not yellow when using blinds.
Prototype: When he only had a skletal base of his suit.

End thoughts:

I came up with this around Kindred and Illaoi's release around 1 am when I couldn't sleep. I main top lane and wanted an Iron Man looking character in the game, unfortunately what I made really isn't the best top laner. I also think blinds aren't used as often as any other form of cc except suspension and polymorphs, so I made a champion to kinda compensate.

we dont need more duelists/1v1ers ... to be blunt. im not sure what to think of the square thing, i dont get it tbh. ult is a lil' to much like ahris as well idk if im being helpfull or not lol

So I was trying to be very optomistic about it then I got to his W and I gave up. So I really like the concept behind a speedy guy who is a duelist. I think that this is very unique and looks fun to play, however getting 3 stacks of mach requires 9 auto attacks or 7 and 2 abilities or ult. That is insanely long considering the meta we live in. However this would be my take on the champion

Passive: Firefly gains attack damage based on his movement and attack speed. Firefly also gains movement speed based on his attack speed and attack damage. Does not stack with itself. Firefly cannot crit and instead gets armor from crit items.

(passive is overloaded as fuck lol)

Q: Mach punch: Passive: Every 3rd strike against an enemy gives Firefly bonus attack and movement speed Active: Firefly's next auto attack deals bonus damage and stuns the target

W: Distortion: Firefly steals movement speed from enemies in a large radius (800ish) Enemies in within this zone are grounded and slowed.

E: Don't Blink: Firefly Dashes a short distance becoming untargetable for a brief second. His next attack on a target will deal a small amount of damage (less than a basic attack) This can be recast again within 3 seconds up to two more times. (total of 3)

R: Blinding light: Firefly throws a flash grenade blinding all enemies caught in it for 2 seconds and dealing a small amount of magic damage. The grenade will then bounce behind the landing spot and explode in a large cone dealing a large amount of physical damage.
