(Jungle) Leona's passive on monsters?

I was talking with some friends recently and we were discussing jungle Leona. I can see her being a very viable jungler if she could activate her passive herself.

Yes I know that her passive is built around being with another teammate to maximize damage, but I feel like Leona is restricted to JUST duo lane at the moment (in competitive play).

If she was able to activate her passive on her auto attacks on jungle monsters, she would be able to jungle more efficiently than she does at the moment. People play Leona jungle because she has different ways to gank than other current junglers, and she has the ability to use her beneficial cc to every lane.

If Leona got some help with jungling, she could be played tank or damage without having slow clear times.

Its just an idea that we had come up with, and we would love to see more variable play from everyone's favorite female tank.
