Reina, the Shadow's Consort

Lore: The Tale of Reina, a legend in which an ancient Ionian warrior is hunted by an evil spirit. After fleeing for years from the evil spirit, Finally, Reina donned her own mask to confront the spirit, but when she turned to face it, it never came again, frightened away by her strength. What if the legend was wrong? What if instead of turning to face the spirit, Reina was tempted to embrace the spirit and let her torment end? To willingly submit to the evil, shadowy thing. And become the first to consort with the Shadow. After developing techniques with the aid of the evil spirit and, after committing many vile acts, she and the spirit were trapped in a magical box by the founders of the Kinkou Order and the record of what they had done scrubbed from history. The box lay sealed in the clan's temple to never be opened for hundreds of years. Reina and the spirit waited patently for an opportunity to be free again. Then a young member of the Kinkou Order had snuck into the sealed room. They saw their chance; with a whisper of promised power they influenced the young man and waited for the young one to return.

Synopsis: Reina is a Support/Assassin with an emphasis on roaming and scouting the enemy team. With the increased ward count and the increased mobility on Shadow Maneuvers she is primed to dash into enemy territory and make it out after placing key wards in difficult to reach positions. After scouting the enemy she can move her team under the cover of shadow and pounce on any unwary foes.

Changed Her W quite a bit to make it more Shadowy and to let her Impale more targets. As well as lowering the cooldown of her Q by 2 seconds across all ranks. Added a clause to her Ult passive to lower the cooldown of Blooded Garrote after yanking a Dagger out of someones guts.

AA Range: 250 (A bit longer them most melee, imagine a dagger on a wire similar to a kusarigama, might even change it to one if it would be more appropriate for her.)

Q - what was the point for it to be attached to a wire?

W is okay

E only works with impaled champions?

R only work with impaled targets? and mass allied camouflaged, it would be broken for already camouflaged champions, imagine katrina. reconsider this one, maybe with one that synergies or interacts with her impale theme.

you need more ways to apply your impale effects

her passive abuses the "wards placed" score for ranking, so its an unfair advantage since she can place more than others before cooldown.

initially i thought she would have more sensor based or ward based abilities, like linking wards or terrain with wires, to reveal enemies etc or to set up traps.

that's my feedback, hope it clarifies a few things

that ward thing seems cool. The rest has potential but doesn't seem too special

Real cool, however the E feels like its just an extension of Q. Additionally, the Shadow that stalked her isn't mentioned in her gameplay. Except maybe her ult.
